INDOT: Temporary access closure to impact Country Club Road south of U.S. 36

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces an access closure that will impact Country Club Road south of U.S. 36 (Rockville Road) in Indianapolis.

This is part of the ongoing Modern Rockville Road project.

Beginning on or after Monday, July 13, INDOT contractors will close the access to Country Club Road on the south end of U.S. 36.

The purpose of the access closure is to make pavement improvements for the added travel lanes project.

This portion of construction is anticipated to last until mid-August but is weather-dependent and subject to change.

Access to all local homes and businesses will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.

INDOT encourages drivers to use caution and to seek an alternate route.
