About the Project

Modern Rockville, which improves safety and adds capacity to roads, bridges and storm drains along nearly three miles of U.S. 36 in Indianapolis, is entering its next phase on the path to improvement.

Phase 1 Construction began in early 2026 in alignment with a public information meeting.
